Join our team as a Senior HRIS Analyst

This position will require someone with:

* Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS (or related IT/technical capacity) preferred
* Experience with Infor Cloudesuite HCM, GHR & TM highly preferred
* Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects successfully
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to influence, cultivate, and build relationships
* Ability to drive results with strong follow-up skills

The basic duties of this position include:

* Analyze current business practices, user needs, and work flow processes to develop and implement solutions based on business requirements.
* Manages projects/process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate growth to new levels of quality.
a.Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities.
b.Compares data from different sources to draw conclusions.
c.Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions.
d.Takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.
e.Uses these data to build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
f.Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals.
g.Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy, which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
h.Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
* Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS/HCM problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
* Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains end users on new and existing processes/functionality.
* Maintains awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increases both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participates in user group meetings/conferences.
