Job Description

The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing assistance and support with analysis and research on various projects.  This position will be responsible for detailed level reconciliations on multiple settlement programs, to ensure that customer invoices are accurate and cash payments applied.  This position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 1-4 years related experience.

In this role you will: 

  1. Reconcile internal systems on a transactional basis and independently perform adjustments as needed.
  2. Accurately reflect departmental sales and reconcile invoices with settlement records.
  3. Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to assist in clearing outstanding receivable balances and other departments as needed.
  4. Support the analytical needs of the operations team, including the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting process
  5. Calculate monthly estimates for operations
  6. Provide ad hoc analysis to support operations and assist in reporting, presentations and analytical initiatives as directed by leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred
  • Minimum 1-4 years' experience in financial analysis, planning and reporting preferred 

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Advanced use of Excel
  • Working knowledge of various financial, reporting, and database systems preferred, including: Tableau
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting
