Job Description

Attention to detail is must in data entry related to maintaining customer pricing, included but not limited to marketer Day Deals, customer contracts and pricing rules.

Our Analyst II, Fuel  Pricing Systems professional is also responsible for issue resolution between the customer and Pilot Company related to customer pricing configuration.

1.   Work closely with the responsible parties to ensure pricing details are being entered and completed timely and accurately

2.  Communicate missing price information to the Marketers and work collaboratively to ensure orders are ready for billing form customer pricing perspective.

3.  Provide support to our Wholesale, Retail, DEF and Freight Only customers related to price disputes, assist with credit/rebill inquiries in a timely fashion

4.  Validate price configurations and make any necessary adjustments

5. Ensure all data is accurate and ready for timely billing

6.  Collaborate with other groups to resolve any set up, pricing, tax, etc discrepancies for customer invoices

7.  Investigate, resolve, and follow up on pricing issues identified internally and externally

8.  Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

9.  Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

10. Complete other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, Financial Analysis, Operation Management or related field required with a minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience
  • Preferred experience in either Pricing or Accounting ( AP / AR / billing )
  • Comfortable with IT systems, preferred experience with PDI, Right Angle, SAP, Fuel Smart.
