Join Pilot Flying J as a BenefitsCoordinator

The purpose of this job is, undermoderate supervision, to provide second level support related to employeebenefits for all company Team Members at Pilot Flying J (PFJ).

Responsibilities:

·   Respond to Team Members’ benefit questionsthrough a variety of communication formats including the benefits helpline,case management and email

·   Determine benefits eligibility for Team Membersand their dependents

·   Support Canada Team Members by answeringquestions regarding Canadian benefits and engaging with third-party vendors toensure proper coverage and processing of claims

·   Verify accuracy of Team Member benefitsinformation in HRIS module; adjust benefit premium amounts for missed premiumsor refunds

·   Process documents and enrollments QualifiedMedical Support Orders and respond to the courts per procedure(s) specified inlegal documents

·   Work directly with field leadership to ensurecorrect status classification (full-time and part-time) is entered in the HRISfor Team Members; respond to inquiries and make benefits and status changes tothe HRIS

·   Process tuition and adoption reimbursement;verify supporting documentation and submit reimbursement forms to the payroll department

·   Interact with third-party vendors to address andresolve Team Member issues with claims, coverage, etc.

·   Provide benefit-related documentation to thelegal department when requested

·   Work with the Human Resources (HR) communicationteam to ensure accuracy of benefits content in communication for Canada Team Members

·   Support Total Rewards department withcross-functional tasks as needed

·   Model behaviors that support the company’scommon purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highestlevel

·   Ensure all activities are in compliance withrules, regulations, policies, and procedures

·   Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·   High school diploma or equivalent certificaterequired

·   Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred

·   Minimum two years’ experience in benefits orHR-related field required

·   Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

·   Intermediate knowledge of HRIS

·   Intermediate knowledge of Benefits’cross-functionality with other departments including Total Rewards and Payroll

·   Strong written and verbal communication skills

·   Strong problem solving skills

·   Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced,

·   Ability to provide excellent customer serviceand work as part of a team

·   Ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationethically and responsibly
