Join our team as a full time Guest Services Representative: 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm,4pm-12am weekdays and weekend coverage is REQUIRED.

 

This position will require someone with:

·   Minimum of 2 years call center/customer serviceexperience

·   Excellent communications, attention to detail,and organizational skills

·   Comfort level with telephone communications

·   Ability to handle challenging customers

·   Advance problem solving skills and abilities

·   A strong customer service track record

·   A "think outside the box" mentality

·   Adapts quickly to change and willingness to takeon new task

·   Computer skills with Microsoft Office and dataentry

·   Team player willing to work a flexible schedule

·   Bilingual a plus

 

The basic duties of this position include:

·   Handling inbound customer calls on the CustomerService Hotline

·   Answers customer/client requests or inquiriesconcerning services, products, billing, complaints, claims, and reports problemareas

·   May be required to work in one or multiplequeues/skill sets over various customer contact channels

·   Handling Restaurant Concept complaintcalls/emails

·   Maintain working knowledge of policies andprocedures throughout the company

·   Facilitating responses to customer issues -mustbe able to communicate professionally with all levels of Pilot Management
