Job Description

The purpose of this job is to provide maintenance for all store related equipment and facilities while ensuring compliance with environmental rules and regulations.

This position will require someone with:

High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
Valid state driver’s license required
Minimum five years’ preventive maintenance experience required
Trade or vocational school preferred
Class B Environmental certification required after hire
Prior experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Travel required up to 75% varies by region

The basic duties of this position include:

Inspect multiple facilities following a comprehensive facility maintenance checklist; perform preventative maintenance repairs

Respond to maintenance work orders; perform minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing services

Collaborate with general managers to review and resolve open maintenance issues

Maintain communication with dispatch; report steps taken for work order resolution
