Job Description

The HR Programs Specialist will have primary responsibility for program design and execution, vendor relationship management, and program analytics for Onboarding and potentially other HR programs, as capacity allows.

  • Ownership of Onboarding process and system setup to include all state-specific and company-specific requirements
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to ensure cohesive experience from application to onboarding for internal and external candidates
  • Partner with HRIS and IT Teams in regards to application security and access, data integrity, data integrations, and other technical items as needed
  • Develop and deliver necessary training for practitioners and end-users who utilize the product
  • Continuously monitor internal and external market trends and implement process improvement as appropriate
  • Produce month-end reporting and quarterly program analytics, as appropriate
  • Ensure vendors deliver at or above expected levels of service
  • Manage program/policy updates and ensure appropriate communication and change management to all stakeholders
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for Mergers/Acquisitions with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for all
  • Manage other HR Programs as assigned
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned

 

 

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1-3 years with related experience that includes project/program management and/or general business experience preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in data analysis to include creating and interpreting various sets of data such as reports, tables, and graphs
  • Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment demonstrating confidence with change and ambiguity
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to negotiate, problem-solve complete projects, and influence decision making
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) listening skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships
