Job Description

The purpose of this job is to create and execute end-to-end testing and
management of related activities to ensure software applications perform as
expected and meet objectives.

This position will require someone with:

* Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, or
equivalent experience or PFJ experience required
* Basic level Microsoft Office skills required
* Basic understanding of technology systems and infrastructure
* Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
* Ability to manage time and priorities with minimal supervision
* Ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal and external customers
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to
communicate with team members of all levels of the organization
* Flexibility to immediately shift priorities and respond to emerging PFJ
issues
* Strong organization skills
* Advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and diagnostic skills
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

The basic duties of this position include:

1. Review requirements specifications and technical design documents
2. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
3. Develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and
scripts
4. Execute and record test runs, log and track bugs, enhancements and
usability related issues
5. Coordinate with business stakeholders and developers; issue
assignments and prioritizations to ensure resolution before
implementation as needed
6. Communicate and participate in project-related meetings with Pilot
Flying J (PFJ) business partners, team members, and vendors to identify
and communicate end user needs
7. Develop and maintain tools, test lab equipment, and other resources
used during the testing phase
8. Stage and prepare laboratory environments to simulate end user
experience and conduct tests
9. Coordinate with business users and other stakeholders to track end user
acceptance testing
10. Coordinate with internal or external resources regarding acceptance of
patches and releases to correct issues
11. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies and
procedures
12. Complete other duties as assigned
