Job Description

Regional Facility Maintenance Technician - within 150 mile radius

This position will require someone with:

* Basic electrical and plumbing skills
* Demonstrated good written and verbal skills
* Proven work ethic and ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks on a daily basis
* Good customer service skills
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to use deductive reasoning skills
* Ability to identify potential and existing problems
* Available to travel (overnight) a minimum of 50%
* Basic computer skills

The basic duties of this position include:

* Complete facility monthly preventative maintenance checklist for each store in assigned region
* Train lead facility personnel at each store in basic preventative maintenance and equipment repair
* Communicate with General Managers and Region Managers to ensure all equipment is operational
* Attend new store openings in region and assist with facility training classes
* Daily communication and reporting to Region Facility Manager
* Monitoring fuel dispensers, oil water separators, HVAC units, waste water treatment plants and refrigeration units for proper operation
