Join our Construction & Design Department as a Superintendent/Construction Manager
Relocation is not required but the ability to travel nationally is mandatory.

This position will require someone with:

* Retail /Commercial Site and Building Construction Experience
* Experience Managing Multiple Subcontractors
* Excellent Communication Skills
* 2-3 years’ Experience as a Construction Superintendent
* National travel from site to site is REQUIRED

The basic duties of this position include:

* Coordinate and manage the project bid process
* Qualify bidders and issue contracts
* Manage all aspects of construction including safety, quality and schedules
* Turnover a complete project within a very aggressive timeframe
* Develop and maintain project budgets
