Advanced Project Manager, Continuous Improvement

This Black Belt position will be focused on driving continuous improvement by leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to idenfity inefficiencies, develop improvement strategies, and drive operational excellence.
- Lead lean six sigma projects with measured benefits
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects following the DMAIC approach and continuous improvement best practices
- Perform statistical analysis to identify opportunities, complete projects, and influence business decisions such as hypothesis testing, design of experiments, and statistical process control
- Mentor and coach green belts within department and across the organization to ensure the best lean six sigma tools and methodologies are being utilized through every step of the DMAIC phase to maximize successful outcomes
- Facilitate training for yellow belts and green belts across the organization
- Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events and guide lean six sigma practices for the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment
- Ensure successful rollout and results of new projects and processes
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, business management, engineering, or information technology required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in lean six sigma required
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Advanced analytical skills required (Excel, Tableau, or other)
- Intermediate Tableau or Power BI experience preferred
- Intermediate project management skills required
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively lead project teams, meetings, and Kaizen events
- Ability to train and teach lean six sigma concepts across the organization
- Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to complete projects
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Travel required less than 25%
- General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
