** We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.
The purpose of this Knoxville, TN based job is to analyze customer petroleum margin, sales, and competition to determine the optimal price in achieving company level financial goals.
- Research and analyze customers’ fuel gallons to evaluate pricing opportunities aligned to strategic objectives
- Prepare and present information to Sales as requested; recommend pricing levels within pre-approved guidelines
- Collaborate with Sales and make necessary adjustments to customer proposals
- Identify volume and margin growth opportunities with new and existing customers
- Track impact of pricing actions against targets in consideration of market factors
- Develop a working knowledge of tools and data utilized in decision-making processes
- Participate in feedback and troubleshooting processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements to maximize efficiencies and productivity
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field required
- Minimum one year industry or company experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred; Tableau skills a plus
