Job Description

The purpose of this job is to support Fuel Transaction processing from vendor cost perspective. Research and remediation of issues related to missing or incorrect cost and/or price assignments. Data resolution and contract configurations into MDM and back-office systems.

·       Collect, capture, modify, categorize, index, and prepare relevant master data for respective systems  

·       Research and resolve data configuration, system set-up or vendor information leading to missing or incorrect cost assignment

·       Perform data analysis to identify data issues and correct those issues in each respective system

·       Perform data entry work

·       Assist internal and external teams in gathering business requirements for data and how the data is to be used

·       Lead meetings to communicate with Supply, Logistics and IT, provide updates and project status, conduct training, and MDM governance

·       Work with other IT personnel to design how Supply & Distribution systems can be automated and simplified for end users

·       Work collaboratively with outside vendors and  team members and participate in a positive manner

·       Communicate with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs, assess the impact of a project, refine and document requirements

·       Proactively pursue continuous improvement opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and cost savings


  • Associate degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum one year of relevant business experience preferred
