Job Description

The purpose of this job is the management of the process for daily trading activity and the transfer of inventory across the company’s supply chain.

1. Analyze, determine need and provide obligation and event date maintenance
2. Reconcile configuration maintenance
3. Create and manage orders; reconcile documentation and create missing movement documents
4. Analyze, determine and model the logistics chain in the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) system and ensure the movement documents are available for each leg of the logistics chain
5. Identify and resolve loss prevention of gallons; identify corrections and escalate issues; and collaborate to resolve discrepancies
6. Perform inventory reconciliation to physical inventory levels
7. Review and analysis of logistics/inventory deal set up
8. Prepare and perform cost provision entry
9. Reconcile group maintenance
10. Reconcile company held inventory positions and provide on-time and accurate reports
11. Monitor commercial activity interaction with carriers, terminals, pipeline companies, counterparties and the company commercial group; ensure all relevant information is available
12. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
13. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
14. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field required
* Experience in logistics, terminal, and rack preferred
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Understanding of hedging and derivatives process preferred
* Understanding of full supply chain preferred
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand problems and make
timely and practical recommendations and corrective actions
* Strong written and verbal communication and listening skills
* Ability to align between front, mid and back offices as well as third parties
to work through discrepancies
* Strong financial acumen
* Possess independent judgment
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail with concern for
accuracy
* Time management and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Internal networking, teamwork, and relationship building
