Join Pilot Flying J as an Associate Brand Marketing Manager!

The purpose of this job is to support the Brand Marketing Manager andassist in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies acrossall company channels.


·        Assist in developing the annual brand businessplan and participate in presentation to senior leadership

·        Deliver brand marketing programs on time and onbudget

·        Assist Brand Manager with managing agencypartners by actively participating in agency meetings and providing feedback

·        Develop project briefs, manage projects andprovide feedback to ensure output supports brand strategy

·        Evaluate and track campaign performance;actively look for improvement opportunities

·        Analyze research to implement and buildinsights-driven marketing programs to understand category and competitivetrends

·        Collaborate with cross-functional team membersto drive overall brand strategy

·        Closely monitor, evaluate and report onmarketing strategies of key travel center and convenience store competitors

·        Maintain competitive analysis, includingcompetitive store and market visits

·        Model behaviors that support the company’scommon purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highestlevel

·        Ensure all activities are in compliance withrules, regulations, policies, and procedures

·        Complete other duties as assigned


·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relatedfield required

·        Minimum two years’ marketing or similarexperience preferred

·        Advanced Microsoft Office skills

·        Understanding of social media and digitalmarketing trends

·        Excellent verbal and written communicationskills

·        Strong organizational skills and attention todetail

·        Strong project management skills and ability tomulti-task

·        Ability to analyze, think critically, andproblem solve

·        Ability to work independently or collaborativelywithin a group

·        Ability to think creatively and identify newsolutions

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,dynamic environment

·        Ability to communicate professionally with allcorporate levels, vendors, and customers

·        Comfortable with changing technology
