Job Description

The purpose of this job is to:

  • Print and ship credit cards for new fleet customers and fulfill replacement card requests for current customers
  • Implement security codes for replacement cards
  • Ensure that tracking is available for all shipments
  • Work closely with Credit Team Lead to ensure all cards are sent correctly
  • Compile and organize new and existing credit card data using Microsoft Excel
  • Print cards and FedEx shipping labels using internal systems
  • Package cards and organize envelopes to be sent
  • Enter data for card security codes
  • Archive tracking numbers for card shipments
  • Maintain inventory and keep workspace clean
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to negotiate and problem solve
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and use technology to accomplish tasks
