Job Description

Looking for an opportunity to start a career in the field of Compensation? Do you have a year of HR experience? If you do, this might be the perfect job for you! Pilot Company would like to add a Compensation Coordinator to support the day-to-day work of the Compensation team and broader HR function in relation to key processes, programs and policies and will assist in projects as needed. 

What you will do on this team:

  • Administer the HRIS job code library by creating, updating and editing job codes and related attributes.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for tracking and completing job descriptions, including assisting Compensation Analysts in working with HR Business Partners regarding any follow-up needed, along with formatting and file maintenance.
  • Support and maintain compensation policies, procedures and other documentation, including process flows, process documents and operating procedures. Takes initiative to create or modify processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with the compilation of data for compensation survey submissions, participate in information audits and compile other data requests
  • Assist HR budget owners with tracking and maintaining HR budgets and provide support for annual budget process
  • Assist on other compensations processes and projects as needed.
  • Perform a variety of general administrative duties supporting the broader Total Rewards department.
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Minimum one year of experience in HR or related field
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including experience using Excel formulas and calculations
