The purpose of this job is to perform essential clerical and administrative functions for the Employee Relations Services team.
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Create and assign cases to ERS team members
- Collaborate with ERS Specialists to resolve team member and guest issues.
- Monitor various email boxes (ERS, background check, PFJ Listens, SNOW); create cases in Navex and respond to inquiries
- Monitor and review background and MVR results; escalate when necessary; create weekly background check failure report; aid with annual MVR process and reporting
- Update the alignment each month and locations each quarter
- Compile weekly compliance reports related to corrective action and background check
- Aid with the planning of orientation for new hires, annual ERS team meetings and other meetings as needed
- Compile document requests as they relate to employee relations, DOL, EEOC and litigation threats
- Arrange conference, meeting, and travel reservations
- Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- All other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year's experience working in an office setting preferred
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required; intermediate skills preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required to include advanced formulas, pivot tables and graphs
Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work and complete tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities
- Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior including but not limited to confidentiality
- Travel less than 5%
- General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Able to work evenings, weekends and odd hours as needed
