Job Description

The purpose of this job is to focus on PFJ driver and 3rd party carrier delivery confirmation compliance an accuracy. Also, to provide timely communication to external vendors and internal departments.

1.       Ensure PFJ drivers and 3rd party carriers are completing delivery confirmation entries into the system timely and accurately.

2.       Help drive entry compliance by maintaining and exceeding weekly/monthly goals.

3.       Provide application support and application troubleshooting for delivery confirmation.

4.       Help support and contribute to delivery confirmation application improvements and initiatives.

5.       Provide additional support related to paperwork requests from internal and external parties in a proficient method.

6.       Collaborate with numerous 3rd party carriers, PFJ drivers, and internal departments.

7.       Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

8.       Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

9.       Complete other duties as assigned



1. High school diploma or equivalent certificate required

2. Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum two years’ experience in customer service or logistics

3.  Advanced Microsoft Office skills; specifically, Microsoft Teams and Excel

4. Knowledge of fuel and trucking industry and its terminology
