Job Description

The purpose of this job is to support the operations of the settlements department by completing essential data entry and clerical duties. 


1. Complete daily data entry from information on daily driver reports

2. Communicate with field supervisors to establish relationships and resolve questions on daily driver report information

3. Generate reports for analysis by settlements team

4. Maintain electronic and manual filing systems

5. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

6. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

7. Complete other duties as assigned   


  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Minimum one year’s experience with data entry demanding high accuracy required   


  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required   


  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks with deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as a member of a team
