Job Description

The purpose of this job is to audit oilfield service loads completed and validate driver-entered data and ensure accurate revenue and payroll data capture.


1. Review and compare each shift’s dispatch orders to load tickets generated within the electronic ticketing software; find error if they exist and work with drivers to correct.

2. Reconcile load tickets to ensure accurate driver compensation

3. Review and validate all ticket fields, including driver-entered fields, for accuracy and completeness; make corrections to ticket fields as needed

4. Authorize all completed and validated loads in the electronic ticketing software system; troubleshoot tickets that fail audit criteria

5. Run data analysis to spot behavioral trends

6. Investigate questionable data using field and dispatch resources; communicate results to the team

7. Complete operational reports daily as required by management

8. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure customers and team members are supported at the highest level

9. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

10. Complete other duties as assigned   


  • High School diploma or equivalent certificate required


  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required; intermediate preferred


  • Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with customers
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
