Pay Rates Starting between: $25.85 - $42.70 / hour
Shift: Thursday - Monday (7:00am-4:00pm)
- Minimum 2 years dispatch or transportation experience
- Minimum 1-year administrative experience
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, hazardous materials, lubricants or other industry related experience preferred
- Working knowledge (advanced proficiency preferred) in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and ability to learn new programs/applications in a timely manner
- Ability to read, spell, write and comprehend English at an intermediate level. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
- Some supervisory experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to function in stressful situations and remain calm
- Must be able to function independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

- Regularly required to sit, frequently required to use arms/hands/fingers to operate computers, phones and other office equipment.
- Frequently required to hear and talk in person or via phone with customers, drivers, etc.
