Join Pilot Flying J as a Driver Attraction Recruiter

The purpose of this job is to source, screen, and assist in hiringtalent to meet company-staffing goals and to manage the full hiring process lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

·   Source and screen candidates to fill openpositions and ensure availability of qualified applicants for consideration

·   Collaborate with hiring managers to ensureinterviews, offers, required testing, background checks, and start dates arecomplete

·   Manage hiring process cycle time to ensuretimeliness of offers; assist with interview coordination at all levels withincompany

·   Meet staffing goals, filling critical openingsin a timely manner

·   Present talent to hiring managers and providehiring recommendations

·   Partner with hiring managers on successionplanning, interview acumen, and building strong teams Consult with newplacements 30 days post-hire to assess onboarding experience

·   Complete monthly activity reports and statusupdates

·   Manage relationships with vendors andthird-party recruiters

·   Select, plan, manage, and attend job fairs andcollege and military recruiting events

·   Responsible for controlling costs and expensesfor assigned recruiting areas through careful selection of recruiting resourcesand tools

·   Participate in planning meetings to ensure thecompany maintains capacity to attract top talent and meet staffing goals

·   Model behaviors that support the company’scommon purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highestlevel

·   Ensure all activities are in compliance withrules, regulations, policies, and procedures

·   Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·   Bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis inhuman resources management or related field, or equivalent recruitingexperience required

·   Minimum two years’ recruiting or staffingexperience preferred

·   Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

·   Experience screening and interviewing candidates

·   Understanding of EEOC and otherrecruiting-related rules, regulations, and laws (including Canadian employmentregulations when applicable)

·   Experience using social media and marketingtools to source active candidates

·   Familiarity with human resources (HR) databasesand applicant tracking systems (ATS)

·   Experience building and utilizing a variety ofsourcing plans and tools

·   Ability to multitask and manage multipleprojects successfully

·   Excellent written and verbal communicationskills, including telephone skills

·   Ability to cold-call with confidence andpersistence

·   Ability to influence, cultivate and buildrelationships with others

·   Ability to drive results with strong follow-upskills

·   Strong social-networking skills
