Are you a passionate and driven student with a knack for problem-solving and an interest in digital marketing and sales? Pilot Company is seeking a Program Intern, e-Commerce Coordinator for the summer of 2026 at our corporate headquarters in Knoxville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate our digital presence and help us achieve our strategic goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our customer journeys across our websites and third-party digital partners like DoorDash and Uber. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and support the onboarding of new initiatives.
What You'll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
- Reporting & Analysis: Deliver weekly reports across our third-party platforms, providing insights to drive performance and ensure accuracy with reports like Wendy's SmartScale reports.
- Marketing & Sales: Coordinate marketing efforts with third-party vendors to grow sales and order point-of-purchase (POP) elements.
- Operational Support: Support daily operations by monitoring third-party platforms and providing store assistance. You will also respond to guest feedback on all digital platforms.
- Project Management: Assist with the delivery of key strategic projects, including third-party launches and website site creation support. You'll also help manage all operational alignment in portals, web, and internal resources.
- Technical Skills: You should have strong analytical skills and a working knowledge of third-party systems. Experience with Excel and navigating third-party portals is also required.
- Soft Skills: You must be an excellent communicator and problem-solver. You should also be passionate, driven, and able to work well within a team.
- Experience: Previous food service experience, particularly in a quick-service or casual dining environment, is preferred.
- Qualities: We're looking for an individual with strong organizational skills who can multi-task and hit the ground running in a hands-on role.
This is a full-time, in-person internship, running from June 1 through August 6, 2026. The interview process will include a 30-minute screening with a recruiter followed by an interview with the team leadership.
