Job Description

Essential Functions

1.       Review financials to identify national trends and related issues; provide recommendations for resolution

2.       Liaise to coordinate and resolve brand marketing discrepancies in collaboration with the company’s brand managers and marketing team

3.       Coach restaurant general managers (RGM) and region managers (RM) on processes and procedures as related to the national brand

4.       Manage the certification of national restaurant training locations for brand; select, establish, pre-certify, and certify brand training locations

5.       Conduct brand evaluations and training certification audits; develop corrective strategies to ensure training locations meet training and compliance standards

6.       Collaborate with Learning and Development for the development and execution of orientation and training curriculum for national brand; review content annually and update as necessary

7.       Ensure restaurant equipment and systems are in compliance with brand standards for all new store openings and modifications

8.       Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to GMs and RGMs; provide onsite support during new store openings

9.       Plan operational strategies with DDs and ensure focus is on key initiatives

10.   Enforce all brand standards and processes as the division compliance officer; maintain compliance programs for food and beverage safety

11.   Support store level operations in the enhancement of guest and team member experience

12.   Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

13.   Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

14.   Complete other duties as assigned


·       Bachelor's degree required, in business or hospitality management preferred

·       Food safety certification required

·       Minimum five years’ experience in restaurant industry, hospitality, or operational management required
