Job Description

UP TO $19/HOUR + $1000 IN OTHER BONUSES 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food Services Leader to join our team in Bishopville, United States. As a Food Services Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading our dedicated food service team to success.

  • Supervise and motivate food service staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
  • Implement and enforce food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving service and increasing profitability
  • Train and mentor new team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Assist in creating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Qualifications
  • UP TO $19/HOUR + $1000 IN OTHER BONUSES 
  • Proven experience in food service management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, computers, and other relevant equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels, including hourly staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in inventory management and cost control
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) preferred
  • Background check required
