Graphic Designer I

The purpose of this job is to create graphic concepts to supportmerchandising and marketing campaigns companywide. This position assists increating and executing the design for a variety of media including print, digital,and web applications.

Responsibilities:

·   Create, produce, and present original andcreative artwork and concepts to support a variety of merchandising, marketing,and store operations projects, communication, and managing in-store digitalcreation, scheduling, and maintenance

·   Assist in editing and proofing artwork for finalapproval

·   Collaborate with the promotions team throughoutthe execution of campaigns and projects

·   Contribute to every phase of graphic production,from concept to final renderings for production and delivery

·   Communicate with leaders regarding projectneeds, timelines, goals, and feedback

·   Collaborate with category managers and fieldmerchandisers in the creation and finalization of graphic design projects

·   Help to further evolve the PFJ brand andcreative promotional direction

·   Model behaviors that support the company’scommon purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highestlevel

·   Ensure all activities are in compliance withrules, regulations, policies, and procedures

·   Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

·   Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relatedfield required

·   Minimum three years’ experience in a creativedesign position required

·   Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

·   Experience and working knowledge of AdobeCreative Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

·   Proficiency in Adobe After Effects

·   Exceptional sense of design and typography

·   Fluent with current and incoming trends inmarketing, advertising, and graphic design

·   Ability to take direction and work independentlyor as part of a team

·   Highly organized and able to multitask within afast-paced environment

·   Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
