Join our team as a part time Guest Services Representative: 2pm-8pm, 12am-6am weekdays and weekend coverage is a must.

This position will require someone with:

* Minimum of 2 years call center/customer service experience
* Excellent communications, attention to detail, and organizational skills
* Comfort level with telephone communications
* Ability to handle challenging customers
* Advance problem solving skills and abilities
* A strong customer service track record
* A "think outside the box" mentality
* Adapts quickly to change and willingness to take on new task
* Computer skills with Microsoft Office and data entry
* Team player willing to work a flexible schedule
* Bilingual a plus

The basic duties of this position include:

* Handling inbound customer calls on the Customer Service Hotline from 2pm-8pm, 12am-6am weekdays and weekend coverage is a must
* Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, complaints, claims, and reports problem areas
* May be required to work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer contact channels
* Handling Restaurant Concept complaint calls/emails
* Maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures throughout the company
* Facilitating responses to customer issues -must be able to communicate professionally with all levels of Pilot Management
