Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $13.10 - $18.95 / hour

The purpose of this job is to lead team members in a Travel Center as well as to perform all position requirements for team members.

Essential Functions * Process cash, credit, and debit transactions * Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest * Supervise and coach team members on shift; provide direction and take responsibility for team members work * Handle non-routine activities such as guest complaints, fuel spills, safety concerns, etc. * Use suggestive selling methods to promote and sell products * Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest * Contribute to the maintenance and cleaning of work area * Provide initial discipline with approval by General Manager * Complete end-of-the-day paperwork * Communicate any issues to the General Manager * Assist the General Manager in areas such as hiring, discipline, performance counseling, and termination * Perform other team member functions (e.g., cashier, maintenance, deli preparation, stocking, cleaning) * Ensure proper product stock levels to meet guest needs, food safety, and gross margin expectations * Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level * Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures * Complete other duties as assigned
