Comejoin Pilot Flying J as a Curriculum Developer!

Thepurpose of this job is to develop training materials for Pilot Flying JUniversity (PFJU).

Essential Functions:

1.                  Lead the curriculum development for PFJUtraining, using various formats (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, webinar,eLearning)

2.                  Conduct needs assessment and analysis toidentify development needs and define learning objectives

3.                  Create blended learning content aligned withlearning objectives

4.                  Partner with subject matter experts and otherinternal stakeholders (e.g., department leadership, Human Resources staff) toidentify needs, develop training content, and deliver most appropriatesolutions

5.                  Develop and execute methodology to evaluate,measure and improve employee performance

6.                  Monitor and evaluate training programs’effectiveness, success and return on investment

7.                  Manage existing content; make timely updatesbased on internal stakeholder feedback and changes in process or business needs

8.                  Facilitate classroom training on technical andsoft skills for field and corporate team members

9.                  Remain up-to-date on industry developments inorder to offer new training programs and techniques

10.              Model behaviors that support the company’s commonpurpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

11.              Ensure all activities are in compliance withrules, regulations, policies, and procedures

12.              Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

*                     Bachelor’s degree in I/O psychology, human resources,adult education or related field required

*                     Minimum three years’ experience creatingtraining content required

*                     Recognized industry training certificationspreferred

*                     Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

*                     Knowledge of principles and methods forcurriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals andgroups, and the measurement of training effects required

*                     Knowledge of adult learning theory andmethodologies required

*                     Excellent written, verbal and interpersonalcommunication skills

*                     Demonstrated proficiency in applying criticalthinking skills to solve organizational training needs

*                     Ability to assess needs to develop trainingcontent

*                     Strong presentation and facilitation skills

*                     Ability to work both independently andcollaboratively in a team across various functions

*                     Ability to meet goals and objectives in afast-paced, dynamic environment
