Job Description

Lead a team of analysts in delivering high-impact data insights that drive strategic business decisions and operational improvements. Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive data analysis, reporting, and dashboard solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with Business Strategy team to identify opportunities for growth and process optimization. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, while mentoring team members and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization

Essential Functions

  1. Lead and manage a team of analysts, ensuring the delivery of advanced data analysis, reporting, and dashboard solutions that provide actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and support business growth across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Energy, and Business Strategy, to align data-driven initiatives with organizational goals, and proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement.
  3. Oversee the development and refinement of complex reports, dashboards, and predictive models, ensuring that data analysis is accurate, insightful, and tailored to meet the strategic needs of various business units.
  4. Foster the professional development of junior-level analysts by providing mentorship, guidance, and skill-building opportunities, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality analysis and grow within their roles.
  5. Ensure the highest levels of data accuracy, integrity, and security, while maintaining compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all data processes and outputs.
  6. Drive the adoption and optimization of advanced analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, R/Python), ensuring the team leverages these tools effectively to deliver impactful, data-driven insights across the organization.
  7. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  8. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  9. Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, science or STEM fields required, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in data analytics or related industries preferred

Specialized Knowledge

  • Expert-level Microsoft Office skills required
  • Expert-level skills in R or Python
  • Expert-level skills in SQL
  • Expert-level skills in Tableau
