• Minimum typing speed: 30 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a remote or distributed team.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and operate forklifts as needed.
• Periods of walking and standing outdoors.
