- Oversee project delivery for the brand and marketing teams across integrated marketing campaigns, design projects and other daily project needs
- Oversee and coordinate defined marketing projects from initiation to delivery including schedules, resources and project deliverables
- Maintain continuous contact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders ensuring overall alignment for each project
- Maintain marketing department budget including being the primary point of contact for budget tracking and invoice process
- Responsible for responses to targeted email correspondences and communications that originate to the VP, Marketing and Brand.
- Manages and upkeep of all-marketing operational documents
- Manage Marketing team weekly tactical and monthly strategic meetings, including maintaining agenda, action items and meeting minutes
- Informs VP, Marketing and Brand on project statuses
- Complete quarterly competitive review of agency partner content
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in brand, marketing, business or other related field.
- 3 years of related Marketing experience.
Specialized Knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Travel
- Travel required up to 15%
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Able to work evenings and odd hours as needed
- Able to lift 20 lbs.
