This position will require someone with:

* Excellent organizational and time management skills

* Accurate keyboarding skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written
* Willingness to accept responsibility self-motivated and works with minimal supervision
* Dependable, Team-Player with strong customer service attitude
* Goal driven individual
* Enter parts information to various billing databases
* Monitor and enter parts and service rates into the system
* Research and enter paperwork for all outstanding bills, parts and service
* Address customer questions and needs

The basic duties of this position include:

* Work with Mechanics on keeping inventory balanced
* 1 to 2 years’ experience in writing service tickets
* Inventory skills
* Strong computer skills - Outlook & Word
* Works well with Mechanics
