Are you a proactive and analytical student with a passion for supply chain and data? Pilot Company is seeking a Procurement Intern to join our team in Knoxville, Tennessee, for the summer of 2026. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate procurement, directly contributing to our operational efficiency and strategic projects.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of the Procurement team, providing key analytical support and assisting with projects that drive efficiency and improve our processes. You'll gain exposure to the full contract lifecycle, learn how we use data to make decisions, and contribute to a more streamlined and effective procurement function. This is an ideal position for someone who is intellectually curious and isn't afraid to jump in and solve problems.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Help manage and track contracts from creation to execution, contributing to a faster and more streamlined process.
- Data and Analytics: Use your Excel skills to assist with market and contract pricing analysis for our 2027 S&E budgeting.
- Operational Efficiency: Provide analytical capabilities to free up team members and assist with enhancements in systems like ServiceNow.
- Project Support: Get hands-on experience by assisting with Green Belt projects and other strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Bring your fresh ideas and curiosity to help us find new ways to improve our processes and support our stores.
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills are essential.
- Soft Skills: An outgoing and proactive personality who isn't afraid to ask questions and take initiative. We're looking for someone who is intellectually curious and can jump into a problem to find a solution.

This is a full-time, in-person internship, running from June 1-August 6, 2026. You’ll be working alongside our team in our Knoxville headquarters, where you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and experience the full scope of life at Pilot Company.
