Job Description

If so, we have the right opportunity for you! Pilot Company would like to add a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to our team to assist with the creation and development of recruitment marketing content in both written and graphic image mediums for the express purpose of attracting top talent. In this role, you will define intended outcomes and outline performance metrics to measure success across all recruitment channels and resources. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader Talent team, Marketing team, and Internal Communications team to build a consistent employer brand message through our digital recruitment efforts.

Here's what you will do on our team:

  • Assist with and be liaison for recruitment marketing agency relationship and also manage internal relationship with marketing, communications, and digital to ensure messaging and brand is aligned.
  • Manage recruitment marketing media purchasing, tracking of performance, and reporting inlcuding reporting on campaigns and other  marketing effort results (ROI and KPI). 
  • Create and assist in the creation of campaign briefs, including audiences, markets, goals, and messaging.
  • Aid in the Pilot Ambassador program and help to uncover stories to utilize in the telling and sharing of Team Members real life experiences.
  • Collaborate to help create the editorial and content calendar for the career site, career blog, and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain the company’s recruiting presence on social media.
  • Proactively searches for opportunities to increase visibility of our employment brand and career opportunities
  • Understands social media best practices, strategies, emerging networks, etc. for reaching and engaging candidates
  • Partner with Digital Marketing when necessary for responses to reviews on various social media comments and review comments on (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, Indeed, and Glassdoor. Consult and involve Talent Acquisition leaders when necessary.
  • Partner with vendors on the creation of producing creative assets including but not limited to photography, video, graphics, flyers, banners, digital assets.
  • Builds strong partnerships within the talent team and cross-functional teams through on-going education on business trends, client group needs and unique hiring challenges
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Three years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations and/or Talent Acquisition Recruitment Marketing 
  • Previous retail or restaurant industry experience preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required, advanced Excel 
  • Experience managing social media content on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for a corporate or business account
  • Google Analytics knowledge
  • SEO and SEM
