Job Description

The purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) customers and service an account portfolio.

In this role you will: 

  1. Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services, delivery requests, order management, and issue resolution.
  3. Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers’ purchases.
  4. Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues.
  5. Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g., package and ship orders, receive and inspect inventory, products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods. 
  6. Prepare and deliver customer billing and respond to resulting queries. Report monthly regarding aging invoices.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year’s related work experience required; two years’ work experience preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic CRM skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult issues.
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and problem-solve.
  • Ability to adapt to change including a willingness to take on new tasks and technology.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and flexibility to support other areas of the business as needed
