• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a similar role
• Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems
• Basic math skills for inventory management and sales analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in retail management or related field preferred
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
