- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a similar role
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Basic math skills for inventory management and sales analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina to lift and move merchandise (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in retail management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
