This position will require someone with:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales or related field preferred
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required; advanced skills preferred
- Multilingual preferred, especially Spanish, Russian or Punjabi

The basic duties of this position include:

The purpose of this job is to identify sales leads and qualify potential new Pilot Flying J (PFJ) fuel customers for the Sales team.
- Identify prospective sales leads and PFJ customers by utilizing a variety of resources that include approved databases and third-party reports
- Complete a minimum of 100 outbound phone calls daily to sales leads
- Collaborate with the sales team, sales operations and other internal stakeholders to facilitate the transfer of qualified prospects to sales account development managers and sales account managers
- Meet an assigned target for successful conversion of sales prospects to customers
