Job Description

The purpose of this job is to function as Salesforce and DocuSign administrator for company users.

1. Provide Salesforce support and configure enhancements for Sales and Support Center (SSC) key users including Sales, Marketing, and Credit

2. Determine best solution for addressing support or system enhancement requests

3. Maintain accountability for planning and implementing Salesforce related changes or enhancements

4. Design, integrate, and maintain Salesforce related applications (e.g., Ringlead, Marketing Cloud, and Velocify)

5. Collaborate with business units to identify application requirements and implement solutions

6. Communicate requirements from business users to development team and act as a liaison between business users and developers until completion

7. Implement and maintain business to business and business to customer campaign management and marketing automation processes using Marketing Cloud

8. Manage sales team profiles and authentication hierarchy, and user roles as related to team member termination and hiring

9. Attend and participate in Fuel Pack daily standup for Salesforce related issues

10. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

11. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

12. Complete other duties as assigned

  •  Associate degree, or equivalent work experience required
  •  Minimum three years’ Salesforce administration experience preferred
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • DocuSign administrator experience preferred
