Job Description

Do you have strong organizational skills and attention to detail?  Are you passionate about continuous learning?

The Campaign Execution Specialist works collaboratively with loyalty colleagues, category managers, digital marketers, and creative designers as well as external vendors to evaluate and execute exciting, high-impact, data-driven, digital loyalty campaigns.

1.  Work with Manager of Loyalty Personalization to develop new strategic campaign ideas, set campaign schedule, and execute set up of campaigns

2.  Define customer insights as needed to determine campaign design; provide oversight to data strategists executing the analytics; interpret results 

3.  Execute campaigns end-to-end independently, monitor results, and report progress to leadership 

4.  Work with data analytics team to enable quantitative tracking of campaign’s impact

5.  Manage external relationships with greater loyalty team, digital marketing team, category teams, and external technology teams to plan campaigns tests

6.  Compile reporting as needed across multiple campaigns; interpret results, recommend scaling strategies or new pivots based on findings

7.  Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

8.  Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

9.  Complete other duties as assigned

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing preferred
  • 1-3 year’s experience in a digital work environment preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required; advanced skills in Excel preferred
  • Experience with guest digital technology platforms preferred
