Job Description

The purpose of this job is act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EMV Conversions and Omni Enablement.

EMV Conversions

This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Logon into each store/pump and verify what is needed for EMV Conversion.
  2. Verify services such as Point-To-Point Encryption (P2PE), Contactless, Media, and others are functioning
  3. Enable and troubleshoot EMV as needed
  4. Verify EMV conversions for New Store Openings (NSO’s) and Pump Upgrades 
  5. Monitor EMV Fallback Report and Troubleshoot systems not functioning
  6. Work with Technology teams to escalate issues as needed

Omni Enablement

This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Enable Omni Media when sites are ready
  2. Enable and troubleshoot Omni as needed
  3. Work with Technology Teams to address any issues as needed
  4. Work with 3rd party teams for enablement and enablement issues
Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification required

* Associate degree in technology preferred

* Minimum five years’ company help desk experience required Specialized Knowledge

* Working knowledge Microsoft operating systems

* Fueling systems knowledge
