Job Description

Pilot Company would like to add a Senior Analyst for Information Assurance to our team to to develop, document, disseminate and enforce Pilot Flying J (PFJ) policies for business and information technology (IT) processes.

What you will do on this team:

  • Create and enforce PFJ’s IT policies that document requirements and parameters for business and IT processes
  • Ensure Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance
  • Develop and execute audit plans for IT controls
  • Develop repeatable processes to ensure team member compliance with written policies and procedures
  • Lead scheduling and execution of process self-checks and audits within the IT department
  • Lead oversight and management of IT risk-remediation projects
  • Identify risks to the organization and work closely with internal and third-party vendors to remediate
  • Ensure processes are in alignment with existing procedures; ensure policies meet current guidelines
  • Manage exemption tracking on vulnerabilities and risks that are limited to external remediation
  • Respond to IT security incidents
  • Provide direction for Team Members involved in third-party audits, evidence gathering, and incident reporting
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are kept at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities comply with rules and regulations
  • Understanding of the purpose and management of IT systems including, but not limited to, antivirus and network firewalls
  • Understanding of all external regulations and legislation as related to multiple business units
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet project deadlines, complete tasks in a timely fashion and follow up as needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and business partners
