Job Description

The purpose of this job is to drive the development and integrations for the corporate Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. The Senior Engineer for Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for the development, planning, programming and implementation of all enterprise-wide IAM systems.

Essential Functions

  1. Serve as the lead engineer for RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) integrations, ensuring seamless implementation across enterprise systems.
  2. Develop and maintain scripts to automate identity and access management tasks, leveraging languages such as PowerShell, Python, or similar.
  3. Design and implement provisioning solutions using various methods, including Active Directory (AD), SCIM, API, and direct database integrations.
  4. Lead the configuration, administration, and maintenance of RBAC frameworks to support secure and efficient access management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RBAC with existing and new applications, ensuring compliance and scalability.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RBAC and provisioning processes.
  7. Document processes, procedures, and training materials for RBAC and provisioning operations.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity management, scripting, and provisioning technologies.
  9. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  10. Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

    Minimum five years’ experience participating in IT security projects.

    Experience with industry accepted security standards.

    Bachelor’s degree in IT, criminal justice, Cyber Security, or related field preferred
