The Senior Manager of Enterprise Architecture takes on a more strategic role, leading the enterprise architecture
function with a focus on long-term planning and innovation. This role involves managing complex architectural projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring alignment between IT and business strategies. The Senior Manager works closely with senior leadership to define architectural standards, drive technological advancements, and optimize the overall architecture framework to support business growth and efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development of long-term architectural strategies and innovation.
 - Complex Project Management: Oversee complex architectural projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
 - Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and manage the architectural team.
 - Technology Advancement: Drive technological advancements within the enterprise architecture framework.
 - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement architectural standards.
 - Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose the highest level; Ensure guests and team members are supported at
 - Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
 - Complete other duties as assigned
 - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of complex architectural projects.
 - Conduct training sessions and provide mentorship to team members.
 - Continuously monitor and recommend innovative architectural solutions based on industry trends.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
 - Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3+ years in a senior role.
 - Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or related technologies are highly desirable.
 - Expertise in advanced architectural frameworks and methodologies.
 - Proficiency in integrating IT and business strategies at a strategic level.
 - Skills in driving technological innovation within the architecture framework.
 - Demonstrated strategic leadership skills in guiding and mentoring teams.
 - Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
 - Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Ability to manage multiple high-impact architectural projects.
 - Continuously seek out opportunities to learn and adopt emerging industry trends and technologies.
 
- Overnight travel required up to 10%, training conferences, special sessions only as needed
 - General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time.
 - Able to work evenings, weekends, and off hours (Only as needed to support major launches or incidents)
