Job Description

The purpose of this job is to oversee the planning, coordination and completion of marketing projects as part of the Brand and Marketing team.

Essential Functions

  1. Oversee project management for the brand and marketing teams across integrated marketing campaigns, design projects and other daily project needs
  2. Supervise and coordinate defined marketing projects from initiation to delivery including schedules, resources and project deliverables
  3. Develop and maintain all project-related documentation including project scopes, budgets, requirements, timelines, meetings, etc.
  4. Maintain continuous contact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders ensuring overall alignment for each project
  5. Create a new project alignment process that formalizes the intake process for work requests across the company
  6. Create and manage a calendar of marketing activity and deadlines
  7. Maintain marketing department budget including being the primary point of contact for budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing or other related field
  • Minimum 4 years experience in a project management role

Specialized Knowledge

  • Project Management certification, PMP preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing project types including creative and design projects
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
  • Experience working with creative or design functions strongly preferred


  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
  • Collaborative spirit to work with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience demonstrating strategic thinking to drive decisions and solve problems
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
