Job Description

Are you ready to join the coolest crew in town? As a Shift Leader, you'll be the superhero of our store, swooping in to save the day and keep everything running smoother than a freshly paved highway! You'll be the go-to person for both customers and team members, armed with your excellent customer service skills and an infectious smile.

Pay Rates Starting between: $12.46 - $17.84 / hour (because even superheroes need to pay their bills!)

Qualifications
  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check is required
