Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $77,000 - 90,000 / year

The purpose of this job is to supervise the facility service technician team and the daily operation of the service technician program.

  • Oversee, lead, and set priorities for service technicians
  • Select, coach, train, and develop direct reports, to include appraising job performance in conducting performance reviews
  • Distribute repair jobs for service technicians; offer direction and guidance
  • Follow up on work orders to ensure proper closure procedures were followed and manufacturer guidelines are met
  • Audit and approve expense reports, purchase cards, time sheets, GPS records, and work orders; reconcile expenses and correct accounting codes
  • Communicate daily with above store leadership with regard to the resolution of maintenance and repair issues
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental groups to ensure teams are aware of work order statuses
  • Track technicians’ hours, work orders, and closed service calls daily; provide end of month report for accounting
  • Track technicians’ vehicle usage, registration, insurance, and service needs; advise service technicians when services are due and follow up on completion
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or project management preferred
  • Minimum two years’ management experience preferred
