Team Member Housing Property Manager

The purpose of this job is to oversee all elements of Pilot Owned and Leased Housing in the U.S. including compliance, Team Member experience, maintenance technicians and vendor resources for security, and housekeeping.
In this role you will:
- Manage team member relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing vendor services and conducting regular property inspections.
- Develop and implement comprehensive property management plans to optimize property performance and maximize profitability.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including fair housing regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing vacancies, screening prospective tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Foster positive relationships with property owners, investors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on property performance and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or related field required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different levels of the organization to negotiate, problem solve, complete projects and influence decision making
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and within teams in order to establish and meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
- Excellent customer service skills
