The purpose of this job is to provide leadership to the parts warehouse team members and supervise warehouse safety and operations.

*Please note that this is a second shift position*

Essential Functions

1. Oversee execution of priorities for the warehouse team

2. Optimize employee workflow and determine opportunities for productivity improvements

3. Train, guide and evaluate new and existing warehouse workers

4. Enforce all safety policies and procedures

5. Maintain physical condition of warehouse, tools and equipment

6. Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations

7. Control and manage inventory; reconcile with data storage system; investigate discrepancies

8. Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies; communicate and collaborate with other PSS teams / team members

9. Maintain and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators

10. Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction; resolve conflicts

11. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

12. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

13. Complete other duties as assigned


* High school diploma or equivalent certificate required

* Associate degree in business preferred

* 1-2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role preferred

* Experience with forklifts, reach trucks and stock pickers.Forklift certification preferred

Specialized Knowledge

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

* Experience with order fulfillment and automated warehouse management systems

* Knowledge and experience with methods for process re-engineering

* Knowledge of best practices for warehouse management
